Tashichho Dzong (Thimpu Dzong)
Tashichho Dzong, also known as Thimphu Dzong,A Buddhist monastery and fortress located on the west bank of the Wang Chu River in Thimphu, BhutanIt is a prime example of Bhutanese traditional architecture and has been the seat of the Bhutanese government since 1968, housing the throne room, the King's office, and other government ministries. It is also an important center of the Lho-Drukpa sect of Bhutanese Buddhism and has a monastic body that resides there during the summer.
